As a Number 2 we’ve learned, ‘Do the right thing. Look for new ways to understand our customer’s and their customer’s business.’ Our customers appreciate the fact it’s not what we do, but more importantly why we do it. Because to a brand marketer, their packaging is the most important real estate they own. For at the shelf, a shopper’s attention is worth more than a 30 second commercial.
This is what separates the second tier from the first. And it works. The Proactive customer receives projects with a combination of vivid colors and sharp graphics. Making our customer’s brand look confident, feel comfortable and stand apart from competition.

In serving customers, we strive to be a contributing versus a custodial supplier. One that is: thorough and thoughtful in approach. Anyone in packaging knows two heads are better than one. And without a strong customer – supplier relationship, things can get lopsided quickly.
